A pre-trial conference set for Fountain Hills Vice Mayor Allen Skillicorn for Thursday, Sept. 18, has been postponed for a third time. A Tempe Municipal Court judge granted a defense motion to continue the conference according to court records.
The judge rescheduled the hearing for Thursday, Oct. 30, at 1:30 p.m. at Tempe Municipal Court.
Skillicorn’s attorney made the motion to continue the conference on Aug. 6, and the judge granted the motion. The hearing was first scheduled for a July date. There has been no reason given by the court for the delays.
