Court date for Fountain Hills council member postponed

Pre-trial conference continued at defense request

A Tempe Municipal Court judge has granted a defense motion to continue a pre-trial conference set for Fountain Hills Town Councilmember Allen Skillicorn for Thursday, July 3, according to court records.

The judge rescheduled the hearing for Thursday, Aug. 7, at 1:30 p.m. at Tempe Municipal Court.

Skillicorn has been charged with failure to remain at the scene of an accident and failure to provide information at an accident.
