County cites Litchfield Park water company for water pressure violations

Maricopa County cited Litchfield Park’s water company for legal violations in a letter delivered to the utility company Thursday.

In the letter to Liberty Utilities, Eric Matson, the division manager for water and waste management for Maricopa County, implicated the company for allegedly violating Arizona state administrative codes.

Chief among the county's concern is Arizona Administrative Code R18-5-502(B) that mandates a certain amount of water pressure should be maintained by the company within the company’s water infrastructure.
