Council agenda: Chandler incubator program up for renewal

Insurance, property tax, human services grants highlight busy week

A year ago, a Chandler City Council members said he wanted to see more production from a university’s entrepreneur training partnership with the city.

This week, O.D. Harris and the rest of the council will get to vote on whether to hand over another $275,000 to Arizona State University to help fund another 12 months of its Chandler Endeavor business incubator and ecosystem building services.

A one-year extension to the city’s contract with ASU is on the agenda for this week’s council study session and regular meeting.
