Cornish Pasty opens anticipated downtown Glendale restaurant

Two years and two months after it was originally announced, the destination  Cornish Pasty Co. downtown Glendale location opened in the historic Gaslight Building on the southeast corner of Glendale and 58th avenues.

The  Arizona-born concept, founded by English expat Dean Thomas, has built a loyal following since debuting in Tempe in 2005.

The original plan was to open the Glendale restaurant in spring 2024. It opened in January.
