I’m guessing Victor Vitez (“SCHOA, county not doing their jobs?” Sun City Independent, Jan. 18, 2023) did not bother to attend the recent Sun City Home Owners Association annual meeting where he might have gotten the answers to some of his questions and complaints.

Copeland: Information about Sun City rules was available during annual meeting

I’m guessing Victor Vitez (“SCHOA, county not doing their jobs?” Sun City Independent, Jan. 18, 2023) did not bother to attend the recent Sun City Home Owners Association annual meeting where he might have gotten the answers to some of his questions and complaints.
But, of course, it is a lot easier to just complain than to seek constructive answers and solutions.
