Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant will open May 8 at 2290 S. San Tan Village, Gilbert.
It will be the brand’s 54th location, including restaurants in Scottsdale and Chandler.
Each Cooper’s Hawk location offers wine tasting, a wine club, a shop with wines and accessories and a dining area suitable for leisurely dining and business meetings.
The menu features dishes that pair naturally with Cooper’s Hawk wines. Wines are made and aged at the company’s main winery in Illinois and served at locations onsite.
