School is out, but for Dysart Unified School District teachers, summer training opportunities continue.
A summer curriculum workshop keeps these teachers working toward bringing academics to next level. According to district officials, while there have been many great academic successes over the years, officials are always looking for ways to continuously improve and meet the needs of students.
“All teachers were strongly encouraged to attend, as we knew a high rate of involvement would be critical to our success. We announced it in December so that staff had plenty of notice and could plan well in advance for their summer. We were extremely pleased to have 80% of our teachers attend our first ever Summer Curriculum Workshop,” said Renee Ryon, Dysart Schools director of communications.
