A $326 million revamp is coming to the north end of Terminal 3 at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix.
New shops, restaurants and a lounge are now being constructed with plans for a specialty boutique-style retail store and a new gift and convenience retail store, according to Heather Shelbrack, a spokesperson at Sky Harbor.
The new 173,000-square-foot space will feature two quick-serve restaurants, a coffee café and a full-service restaurant with bar. The updated space “will be a six-gate concourse with a connector bridge” between Terminals 3 and 4, Shelbrack said.
