Construction equipment company receives permit from town council

The Queen Creek Town Council has approved a site plan and a conditional use permit for construction rental company Empire Southwest.

The item was approved last night as part of the council’s consent agenda.

The company’s facility will be within the Power Marketplace Business Park, located east of the southeast corner of Power and Rittenhouse roads. The company also has a facility in Mesa.
