Construction crews start to reshape Glendale City Hall

Work continues on what will be called the garden level on the north side of Glendale's City Hall building.

Glendale's extensive City Hall renovation is still on track for completion in the first quarter of 2026.

City Architect Eddie Garcia led a monthly Downtown Campus Reinvestment Project update during the Oct. 22 City Council workshop.

Exterior steel installation will be the primary November project, he said. Lower level projects include plumbing, elevator pits and the main stairwell.
