Conor Commercial Real Estate, along with capital partner Globe Corp. plans an industrial development for a 40-acre parcel it won at auction last month with a bid of $24.7 million.
Conor, which had the winning bid on Sept. 23, plans to build a 450,000 square foot industrial development with four buildings ranging from 88,000 square feet to 167,000 square feet, according to a press release.
“This site offers an exceptional opportunity to deliver a modern, flexible industrial development that meets the evolving needs of today’s users,” said Sven Tustin, chief growth officer at Conor, in a release.

Conor, which had the winning bid on Sept. 23, plans to build a 450,000 square foot industrial development with four buildings ranging from 88,000 square feet to 167,000 square feet, according to a press release.

The buildings will be designed for light distribution, assembly, or advanced manufacturing.
Construction of the development is expected to begin early in the second quarter of 2026 with completion planned for late in the second quarter of 2027, the release said. McShane Construction Co. and Ware Malcomb will provide design-build services and Kimley-Horn will provide civil engineering services.
