Community rallies to support former Power Ranch Elementary principal

Expressing sentiments from bewilderment to anger, parents, staff members, relatives and students at Power Ranch Elementary School in Gilbert have rallied to support the school's former principal.

Chris Reuter recently resigned from the school under unclear circumstances.

However, community members packed the Higley Unified School District board room to slam rumors about Reuter’s departure, testify to his leadership as a principal and ask the district’s governing board to bring him back.
