Blood donations are urgently needed by the American Red Cross in Arizona.
Appointments are available at an 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, blood donation drive to be hosted by Civil Air Patrol Falcon Composite Squadron 305.
Blood and power red donations will be accepted at the event at the Civil Air Patrol Building, 4730 E. Falcon Drive in Mesa.
