Prudential Overall Supply — a 100-employee site that processes laundry products for semiconductor-manufacturing businesses that operate clean rooms — is seeking a permit for building an addition and canopy east of Country Club Drive and south of Southern Avenue in Mesa.
The Mesa Board of Adjustment on Wednesday is to discuss and vote on a substantial conformance improvement permit to allow deviations from certain development standards for the commercial cleaning business within the general industrial district.
The board meets at 5 p.m. for a study session and 5:30 p.m. for a meeting in the lower council chambers, 57 E. First St.
