City of Scottsdale launches constituent services team

The City of Scottsdale has launched its new constituent services team – a citywide initiative designed to streamline and elevate the way residents interact with local government.

The team brings together Scottsdale EZ, the city’s 24/7 digital service request platform, a dedicated call center, and a team of liaisons and advisors who assist with more complex community concerns.

Residents can use the team do things like report holes potholes and resolve neighborhood disputes through the city’s mediation program.

The City of Scottsdale has launched its new constituent services team – a citywide initiative designed to streamline and elevate the way residents interact with local government.

The team brings together Scottsdale EZ, the city’s 24/7 digital service request platform, a dedicated call center, and a team of liaisons and advisors who assist with more complex community concerns.

Residents can use the team do things like report holes potholes and resolve neighborhood disputes through the city’s mediation program.

This resident-focused team is set up to better coordinate responses to a wide variety of community issues.

• Submit a request at ScottsdaleEZ.
• Call: 480-312-3111 (weekdays, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.).
• Email the team at ConstituentServices@ScottsdaleAZ.gov .
