City of Scottsdale approves WestWorld Horse Barns renovation

Scottsdale City Council approved a contract for $715,401 that authorizes the renovation of WestWorld Horse Barns to increase rentable space.

The contract, which was approved on July 6, will allow for the early purchase of materials to control cost escalation, a city staff report stated.

In April 2021, construction was approved, but the supplier of materials rejected the sale due to further cost escalations.
