The city of Apache Junction has announced the schedule for facilities during the upcoming Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s holiday weekends.

All administrative offices will be closed Thursday, Nov. 25, for the Thanksgiving holiday; Thursday, Dec. 23, for Christmas; and Thursday, Dec. 30, for New Year’s. City offices are closed on Fridays. Emergency services through the Apache Junction Police Department are not impacted by the holidays.

Library

Apache Junction Public Library, 1177 N. Idaho Road, has the following schedule around the holidays:

• Wednesday, Nov. 24: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.;
• Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 25: closed;
• Friday, Nov. 26: closed;
• Saturday, Nov. 27: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
• Wednesday, Dec. 22: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.;
• Thursday, Dec. 23: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
• Friday, Dec. 24: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.;
• Christmas Day, Dec. 25: closed;
• Wednesday, Dec. 29: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.;
• Thursday, Dec. 30: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
• Friday, Dec. 31: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and
• New Year’s Day, Jan. 1: closed.

• Christmas Day, Dec. 25: closed;
