The city of Chandler and Arizona Tech Investors have partnered for a workshop on angel investing, which will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13, at the ASU Chandler Innovation Center, 249 E. Chicago St.

The event is for individuals who meet “accredited investor” criteria and are “interested in supporting the growth of local tech #startups, learning how to evaluate deals and return on investment and getting an introduction to the Arizona Tech Investors organization,” event organizers stated in a release.

Some topics include how investment decisions are made, how deals are structured and how to build a diverse portfolio.
