Cingularis founder Stuart Preston honored with Amplify’s 2025 Impact Award
Cingularis founder Stuart Preston
Cingularis founder Stuart Preston has been recognized with Amplify’s 2025 Impact Award for his development of AI tools that strengthen Amplify Voices’ mission to promote empathy and connection through storytelling. The award was presented during Amplify’s annual Impact Awards ceremony in Tempe.
According to Amplify Voices representatives, the organization empowers people who have been marginalized to share their experiences publicly, fostering understanding and community growth. Preston worked with the group to design two AI systems, the Grant Writer GPT and the Talk Analyzer GPT, which have improved the nonprofit’s efficiency and reach.
The AI systems have already reduced the time Amplify’s staff spend on grants and speaker evaluations, allowing the nonprofit to expand its programming and reach new participants. These tools now support trainers and coordinators across the organization, making it possible to host more storytelling events and mentor more speakers each year.

Reflecting on the honor, Preston said, “This award is about people, more than technology. AI should amplify the best of what humans do: connect, create, and care. Working with Amplify Voices reminded me why I build the tools I build.”
A letter of Congressional Recognition from U.S. Congressman Greg Stanton (AZ) accompanied the award, praising Preston for innovation that “will strengthen Amplify’s mission and shape its future.”
