Christine Mackay was honored earlier this month with the Arizona Asian Chamber of Commerce’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
Mackay became president and CEO of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council in October 2025. Prior to that she served 11 years as the city of Phoenix’s economic development director and 16 years in the same role for the city of Chandler.
The award was given at the 2026 Asian Chamber Scholarship & Award Gala on Saturday, Feb. 7 at the Great Wall Cuisine restaurant at 35th Avenue and Camelback Road in Phoenix.
