Christian Women’s Connection meets in Sun City West

Late summer, early fall travel ideas

The Christian Women’s Connection will host a brunch in Sun City West.

The event begins at 10 a.m. Friday, July 14, at Grandview Terrace, 14515 W. Granite Valley Dr., with doors opening at 9:30 a.m.

The brunch start time and cost will be different from than regular luncheons. The cost is $16.

Inspirational music will be provided by Linda Allbright, local performer and singer, and Ms. Washington Senior America. The special feature will be  Debbie Horrilleno of Colorado, with Globus Travel and locally, Bon Voyage Travel, to share ideas for late summer and early fall travel, including where to go and what to do to get out of the heat.

Marlene Buechel, guest speaker, will share how she moved “From Tragedy to Triumph” and how big life changes, including overcoming quadriplegia, which prompted a life attitude adjustment.

Paid reservations must be received by Friday, July 7. Secure a reservation by mailing a check for $16 (per person) to, CWC Reservations, c/o Annette Montgomery, 14044 W. Rico Drive, Sun City West, 85375. Please indicate on the check for specific seating requests with friends, or if a good allergy accommodation is needed.
