Cheesecake Factory, Hobby Lobby top Surprise want list

City releases most desired businesses in latest survey

The Cheesecake Factory could be in Surprise’s future.

If the results of past Surprise Retail Surveys are any indication, there is a good chance a Hobby Lobby could be coming here one day, too.

Those were the top restaurant and retail store in this year’s survey, which the city released earlier this month.
