Charlotte Jean Robinson, 82, of Gilmer, TX and previously of Sun City West, AZ was born July 27, 1939 in Zion, IL to Walter and Ruth Malinoski, and passed peacefully from this world with her beloved husband, Dale, of 63 years by her side. She battled cancer for the past five years with nary a complaint.
Charlotte was first and foremost loving wife to Dale and caring mother to her three sons, taking both roles seriously. She was an amazing cook, loved supporting Dale in his gardening, and was always up for watching baseball with the family. She planted and tended her many flower beds while living in Adams, WI, and was especially fond of roses.
She is survived by her compassionate husband, Dale; sister Judy (Jim) Bowen; sons Scott (Terese) Robinson, Greg (Dorothy) Robinson, Darren (Susan) Robinson; grandchildren Emily, Julia, Colin, Kristi, Nicholas, Bryan, Lucas, Gemma; three great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and brothers and sisters-in-law.
She is preceded in death by her parents, one niece, and several other relatives.
A funeral Mass will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, July 20 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Gilmer, TX. A rosary will be prayed at 10:30am in the church.
