Charlotte Arlene Pooley

Charlotte Arlene Pooley of Sun City passed away peacefully with her children at her side July 9th, 2021 after a brief illness. Born April 21,1931 to Dr. H.E and Mrs. Arlene Hoover of Wapello, IA. Charlotte married Harold Millage in 1949. They had 2 children Robert and Patricia. Charlotte married John Pooley in 1959. They had 3 children Logan, Deirdre and Heather. In 1986 Charlotte moved to Sun City. She was an active member of TTT, PEO and the 1st Presbyterian Church of Sun City. Charlotte enjoyed playing cribbage and participating in Silver Sneakers. Charlotte is survived by her children Robert Millage San Miguel de Allende, MEX; Patricia Millage (Marcia) Maple Valley, WA; Deirdre (Wes) Nekoosa, WI; and Heather Fryxell of Henderson NV. She additionally is survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her sister Beverly and son Logan. A private memorial was held at her church.
