Charles Jackson Tweedale, 75Sun City resident Charles Jackson Tweedale died Oct. 22, 2007, at the Hospice of Arizona in Peoria.Mr. Tweedale was born Jan. 21, 1932, the son of Charles and Rose Tweedale. He married Diane Lee Trimper Aug. 31, 1961, in San Francisco and was happily married for 46 years. He joined the U.S. Army at 18 and after serving several years in the military he went to work and eventually retired from the Federal Civil Service.Charles and Diane moved from their long-time Washington state home to Arizona in 2002. He was an avid photographer and truly enjoyed the sunny days in Arizona.Mr. Tweedale is survived by his wife; a sister, Katherine; three children, Matthew, Tina and Roxanna; and five grandchildren, Lydia, Drew, Samantha, Cameron and Jessica.Private family services will be conducted.
