Charles A. Lewis

APACHE JUNCTION - Charles A. Lewis was born Jan. 18, 1941 and died Aug. 12, 2016. He will be greatly missed by many. Mr. Lewis was retired from the United States Marines/Navy, with whom he served for 25 years, while stationed at sea and then another 18 years stationed at the Naval Supply Center in San Diego, Calif. He was preceded in death by his mother; father; and brother, Robert He is survived by his wife, Gail Conway Lewis; stepdaughters, Lenora Lawson, Laura Powers, Michelle Detrich, Sharon (Mark) Lockridge, Sherrie (Steve) Wronski; his stepson, Danny Conway; and granddaughter, Cynthia Lawson. Services will be at Ours Saviors Lutheran Church at a later date and at the VFW Post #9399 at a later date.
