Charlene E. Stanton, 81 MESA - Charlene E. Stanton, 81, of Mesa, passed away on Monday, Feb. 15, 2010, after a long illness. Born Jan. 14, 1929, in Chicago, Ill. She lived on farms in Wisconsin, and in Tucson and Mesa for the last 61 years. She rode her horse in a Mesa parade in 1971, and later married Frank Newton Stanton. She is survived by her brother, Erik Festin and her niece, Michaela Festin. Rest in peace.
