A Scottsdale gym owner and former Arizona State University football player is now facing multiple counts of sexual assault charges stemming from an April incident in the Town of Paradise Valley.
Tevin Terrell Favor, 32, was arrested and charged with a sexual assault that allegedly occurred April 21 in the Town of Paradise Valley. Those charges were dropped in favor of a Maricopa County grand jury indictment that includes four additonal sexual assualt charges in separate cases spanning several years.
Favor, who was on the ASU football team in 2012, has pleaded not guilty in the case, according to Maricopa County court records. His bail was set at $150,000 and a trial is scheduled to take place at 9 a.m. Nov. 18 at South Court Tower, 175 W. Madison Street in Phoenix.
