By approving its consent agenda at its May 9 meeting, the Chandler City Council gave another green light to one of its most popular transportation programs.
Council approved an amendment to a contract with River North Transit LLC for “microtransit services” for about $1.29 million for its Flex program. The amendment extends an initial two-year contract through June 30, 2025.
Chandler Flex is a microtransit service that serves central and southwest Chandler. It started transporting people in July 2022, and, by at least one director’s account, it’s a popular program.
