Chandler to spend $5.2M on IT infrastructure, consulting

By unanimously approving its consent agenda at its Jan. 11 meeting, the Chandler City Council greenlighted $5.2 million in spending on a contract for technology infrastructure and consulting.

The contract, with The Redesign Group, will cover purchase of new infrastructure, defined in a staff report as, for example, servers, switches, routers, along with consulting services.

No member of council asked for the item to be pulled for discussion at either the Jan. 8 study session or the Jan. 11 regular meeting.
