Hamilton High School's team placed second in the Jan. 10 statewide We The People State Constitution Competition. East Valley teams dominated the event, as Corona Del Sol High School placed first, with Gilbert Classical Academy's No. 2 team placing third and Mountain View High of Mesa placing fourth.

Hamilton High School's team placed second in the Jan. 10 statewide We The People State Constitution Competition. In the state competition, student teams compete in a mock Congressional hearing that showcases their expertise of the U.S. Constitution.
Teams were also recognized for their knowledge of specific units of the competition. Marcos De Niza High School of Tempe was the Unit 1 honoree in these awards.
