Chandler superintendent speaks on teen-violence programs

Superintendent Frank Narducci used most of his current-events report at the Feb. 28 Chandler Unified School District Governing Board meeting to talk about student safety.

In addition to staff training to help students deal with grief, taking a moment to acknowledge the parent walk in memory of slain East Valley teen Preston Lord, a parent workshop and reminders about the Speak Up for Safety email address and phone line, Narducci talked more about two initiatives he hadn’t previously discussed in board meetings.
