Chandler Schools spending $350K on pom, cheer camps

The Chandler Unified School District Governing Board approved a $350,000 contract for pom and cheer camps by passing its consent agenda at its Jan. 17 meeting.

By unanimously approving the consent agenda at last week’s Chandler Unified School District Governing Board regular meeting, the board approved a $350,000 contract for 2024 pom and cheer camps.

The district was granted approval by the board to use a state contract to spend $350,000 with five cheer, dance and spirit associations.

No further staff reports or other supporting documents were included in the board agenda packet on the contract.
