Chandler Schools hires legal firms for social media lawsuit

The Chandler Unified School District Governing Board recently decided to join in a lawsuit against the largest social media companies in the country.

At a recent meeting, the board voted unanimously to hire two law firms with Arizona presences. Keller Rohrback, LLP and Arizona firm Joseph C. Tann, PLLC as the district’s legal counsel in litigation against companies operating social media platforms.

It isn’t clear if the firms will be fighting for money, changes or both.
