Chandler schools buys semiconductor equipment, training

The school district that claims it’s the first and only in Arizona teaching specific secondary classes on a topic has made one of its first major purchases in that area.

The contract, for slightly more than $1 million, is with Advanced Technologies Consultants. It will be covered using the district’s career and technical education fund.
