Chandler Police seeking leads on fraud suspect

Police officials are seeking help from the community in locating Joe Miller, who is suspected of fraud, according to a news release from the Chandler Police Department.  

According to the release, officers were dispatched on May 23, 2022, to a fraud call at a residence. The victim, an elderly female, indicated a male, later identified as Miller, had shown up at her home, stating he was an employee of AAA. He allegedly offered to fix the wheel nuts for $3,700. 

The suspect and victim drove to the bank, where the victim withdrew $3,700 in cash. The male took the money from the victim and performed no work on the victim's vehicle.
