Chandler police search for stalker, need public’s help

Posted

Chandler police are looking for a stalker who has been seen at an apartment complex near the 1400 block of South Cooper Road.

Police said they need the public’s help in finding the man involved in committing acts of public sexual indecency and felony stalking.

The suspect was captured on video surveillance between June and September at or near the victim's front door, “engaging in acts of public sexual indecency.

“On many occasions, the suspect's behavior on camera shows he is stalking the victim,” police said.

Authorities said the man is in his 30s with short black hair and a black goatee.

Those with information should call 480-782-4130 or 480-782-4331. Information leading to an arrest of the suspect may result in a reward of up to $1,000 through Silent Witness, police said.
