The Chandler Police recently provided the public with a more detailed account of a March 27 incident in which a man allegedly shot his ex-girlfriend.
The incident happened the same week as a man was shot and killed by police in a backyard of a home near an Ace Hardware he had recently robbed, about one mile away.
On March 27, at about 10:30 a.m., Chandler Police responded to the 800 Block of North Santa Anna Street, near the southwest corner of Dobson and Ray roads, when a victim called police to report that she had been shot by her ex-boyfriend.
