Chandler Police agreement: Mesa, CPD investigate each other

The Chandler City Council approved dozens of actions at its June 27 meeting — including an agreement with East Valley law enforcement agencies.

The agreement helps form the East Valley Critical Incident Response Team, or EVCIRT. It involves the police departments of Chandler, Apache Junction, Gilbert, Mesa, Paradise Valley, Queen Creek, Scottsdale and Tempe.
