Chandler Police responded to requests for assistance at the In-N-Out Burger on Germann Road just before 10 p.m. on the night of Friday, Oct. 17, according to a spokesperson.
Chandler Police spokesperson Sonu Wasu, taking questions about the call, stated a reported assault involved a female victim who had been pushed and struck her head.
“Juveniles present at the location were dispersed with no incident,” Wasu stated. “The suspect was located a short time later outside a nearby Walmart and was detained for assault and an alcohol violation.”
