Chandler home prices declined across several year-over-year June categories, according to market data from Phoenix Realtors.
The median sales price dropped to $572,825, down 4.4% from a year earlier, while the average sales price fell 1.9% to $660,744, according to the data.
Sammy Glassman, the board president of Phoenix Realtors, said that like much of the country — and unlike other parts of the East Valley — Chandler’s housing market continues to be influenced by higher mortgage rates and affordability concerns.
