Chandler grill/bar still aims for ‘where everybody knows your name’

Neighborhood restaurant has been at Queen Creek / Alma School since 2001

Paul Burdick says Keegan’s Grill got its name from a baby names book.

“We were just kind of kicking around Irish first names, and Keegan was the one that stuck,” the Chandler restaurant owner said.

The Texas native said he and a partner had been part of a large corporate group that built about 25 restaurants in the late 1970s and ‘80s.
