Chandler’s Community Development & Resources Division this week will begin a series of focus groups to hear residents’ ideas on ways to better serve the community now and in the future.
City officials said “input from residents is critical to develop solutions that address human service issues impacting Chandler.”
The focus groups are being conducted in partnership with Crescendo Consulting Group.
The virtual and in-person focus groups will take place this week:
The city will use information to draft Chandler’s community needs assessment, which determines the human service needs of Chandler residents, including those who are low- and moderate-income, according to a release.
The needs assessment also will identify barriers and gaps that prevent Chandler residents from accessing resources and services, the release stated.
