Chandler council torn on utility rate plan

When it comes to Chandler water rates, it’s all about Intel.

That company’s name was a recurring theme in Chandler City Council’s utility rates work session, where there was considerable preoccupation over what the tech giant plans to do in terms on a few fronts related to water and wastewater.
