Chandler council set to approve Hamilton Street work

The Chandler City Council is set to award a $671,000 contract for improvements to Hamilton Street in South Chandler, between Appleby Road and the Chandler Unified School District bus yard.

The Chandler City Council is addressing a relatively simple street project among the many items on its agenda.

The council is expected to approve a contract at its Thursday meeting for several types of Hamilton Street improvements along a stretch in South Chandler, adjacent to the Chandler Unified School District bus yard.

Thursday’s regular 6 p.m. council meeting will be held at City Hall, 88 E. Chicago Street in Downtown Chandler.
