One of the most highest-dollar items the Chandler City Council approved at its June 12 meeting was a purchase of information technology temporary staffing services.
The $4.852 million one-year contract with Computer Aid, Inc. runs through June 30, 2026 and was approved by council when it OKed its June 12 regular meeting consent agenda.
Chandler’s Information Technology department has historically hired temporary staff to assist in special projects or backfill vacant positions by using competitively solicited and awarded temporary staffing contracts, according to a staff report.
