Chandler Council explores ‘4 Corners’ options

Box-store spaces specialized; small tech firms seek space

Box stores and groceries generally don’t want each other’s throwaway buildings.

That’s one of the many conclusions and points Chandler’s economic development director delivered while recently presenting a report on development in Chandler.

The Chandler Mayor’s 4-Corner Committee was assembled in fall 2011. The 22-member committee of property owners, brokers, developers, builders, architects, attorneys, citizens, and the Chandler Chamber of Commerce evaluated major city intersections where retail was the dominant use.
