Chandler Council expected to act on QuikTrip plan Thursday

​An action item expected to draw a large crowd will be on the agenda for Thursday’s Chandler City Council meeting.

Council will be asked to approve a development plan and rezoning for demolition of a former pharmacy building and construction of a QuikTrip convenience store and gas station on the northwest corner of Dobson and Ray roads.

The development has garnered more opposition than any proposed East Valley gas station in recent memory.
