Chandler Council agendas: Road projects, budget kickoff, more

One of the many items the Chandler City Council is intended to address fast growth in the southeastern-most part of the city.

A nearly $10 million contract for widening and other improvements to Chandler Heights Road, between Gilbert Road and Val Vista Drive, is one of many items on the council’s Monday study session agenda. That’s part of the Council’s only busy week of October.

Monday’s study session is set for 6 p.m., following a regular council meeting as the council meeting. Those will follow Monday’s 4 p.m. work session that’s a kickoff of the fiscal 2026 budget cycle.
